Software Engineer

Experience: At least 1 year

Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech

Job Description and Qualification

We are looking for a dynamic individual that can take on the challenge of creating and maintaining internal applications. In this role, you will be tasked to work with existing applications, and to develop new applications based on our customers needs.

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

•  A Bachelor's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent is required with 1+ years relevant IT experience

• Good experience in UNIX/Linux systems administration

• Strong Technical design expertise

• Strong in Core Java, CFM, RDBMS/SQL,

• Client side technologies including Javascript, DOM, HTML and CSS

• Experience with XML, design patterns, POJOS, Hibernate and frameworks such as Spring, Tapestry or AppFuse.

• Proficiency with RDBMS and schema design

• Knowledge and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, software development methodologies and best practices

• Must have built applications using Visual Studio and Eclipse

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Excellent oral/written communication skills

Preferences:

• Good knowledge of Linux and other Unix platforms.  Perl & Unix shell scripting

• Master's Degree
