Job Description :

• Generate Sales Leads
• Caters to walk in and telephonic customers
• Contacts customers through coldcalling and other avenues such as trade fairs or other gatherings
• Provides information on siteand project - areas, price, amenities and any other inquiry
• Displays brochures of the site,the model flats and mock ups 
• Ensures regular updates on newand upcoming projects/ rates/ discounts to customers
• Leadconversion
• Ensures consistent follow upand lead conversion
• Ensures that the final orderson sales are taken
• Ensures customer is smoothlyhanded over to Sales support for execution of Sales formalities
• Supports MIS in updated Salesdetails
• Foreseethe market and provide projections to the site sales head
