Job Description:

Bachelor Degree in a technical discipline Internships and/or 0-3 years of related experience Ability to understand business and technical requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills Good troubleshooting skills Excellent knowledge of computer science fundamentals: object-oriented design and design patterns, data structures, algorithms Knowledge of development tools: IDEs, compilers, debuggers, profilers, version control systems Experience with several of the following modern technologies:  Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT Excellent documentation skills Understanding of Software Development and Quality Assurance best practices Experience in development of Web/Application Servers:  JBoss, Tomcat; Experience in development of Adobe Flex-driven user interfaces;  Experience with relational databases and data mining/OLAP
