Job Description :
- Co-ordinate between all the various departments which are at work in a project
- Define goals and outline approach (along with technical team members who are dedicated for this project) and make adjustments within the constraints set to achieve the optimum results.
- Daily Reporting to the end customer/project manager.
- Liaising with : Field Engineers, National Help desk, Technical project in charge & End customer Project Manager.
- Being involved in the project from the planning stages.
- Daily/Weekly Reporting to the management on the development of the project.
- Handling the project till billing for the respective site.
- Working experience on Cisco Router & Switches will be plus point.
- Even after the project is done, they have to look after the whole project's life cycle.
- Work experience in handling multi location projects.
Requirements :
- Knowledge in MS Excel & Good Communication Skills.
- Report preparation & attending customer reviews.
- Capability to work under pressure & Customer handling.
